Why choose block printed fabrics?

Our handprinted fabrics have an unsophisticated edge that we find really beautiful. Close your eyes and imagine the precision and patience involved in creating something so unique. We love the distinctive marks and textures created by the blocks which are completely different from the smooth finish of conventional mechanically printed fabrics.

There are different handprinted fabric designs to play with - a traditional paisley fertility symbol called Life and Eternity Detail, a vertical stripe pattern called Simple Ticking Detail, Little Fern, and Wild Fern. The last two designs are from the Forest Collection and come in a variety of colours, both on cream and coloured backgrounds, ranging from the Tomato red, through to ochre yellow, and the softer duck egg blue.
